Right Balance
We encourage employees to stay balanced and healthy and to occasionally take a step back to clear their minds. Some find that sports help them relax. Others rely on music for peace of mind. And sometimes, people need a sabbatical.
Sports
At IG&H, employees engage in a variety of sports. For example, we have a soccer team and a cycle racing group. Jointly participating in sports events is common. Examples include the Coast to Coast race in Scotland and the triathlon in Portugal.
Music
Besides sports activities, creativity can be a source of relaxation. For music lovers, we have an IG&H band that regularly performs at company events.

Every day, we serve delicious, fresh, and varied food at the Utrecht office. We’ve made the conscious decision to hire our own kitchen staff. Not only do we aim to provide a good lunch, we also want to offer co-workers the opportunity to grab an evening bite when working late.

Our ambition is to be a great workplace for all our employees. Fun and friendship are important values to us. Although employees experience our work climate as friendly, we believe there’s always room for improvement. Several initiatives help us become a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
Reverse mentoring
One of the initiatives we started is a reverse-mentoring program, in which groups of five female consultants mentor one of the partners. The program facilitates an impactful dialogue on diversity and inclusion.
Women's development coaching
To create more diversity at the top of our organization, we started a women’s development coaching program in which a partner coaches female managers and directors.
WomenTalk
Another initiative we started is WomenTalk. Every three months, we invite an inspirational speaker to our office to talk about diversity or female leadership.
